When using the ADMIN tool to delete a user from an event, why can't someone else use that spot.
If I set up an event for 10 people and after registration is full, someone emails me to cancel and I go into the ADMIN tool to delete that user, which now that event only has 9 users registered, why can't someone else register using the tenth spot.
