In one of the OPTION FIELD i would like to change it from a textbox to a dropwdown.

No, not possible at the moment since this is hardcoded into the classes and has a lot of "if" parameters based on all options available. Nowever this is a good idea for the future even if I understand it will not help you out right now. Sorry but thanks for a good idea.

Your software do exactly what i need, I only need to change an option to dropdown instead of a text box. I tried to look around the code and is encrypted, how much will you charge for a an uncrypted version?

We will not release any uncrypted version, sorry for that.
Please understand that all the boxes are integrated into the software to get information from the database and also enter information into the database. it's not just a question of changing from a box to a drop-down. It about rewriting a large part of the software. We will however look into this for a future versions but we realise that it will not help you right now.

How do i request a refund?

Please read Q&A (no 3) on the Signup Web Site regarding refund.
We will not refund for a function that you miss but has never been a part of the software. I think you can understand that, it's like asking for a refund because your standard car don't have 4 wheel drive. We have a fully functional demo version available on the Signup Web Site, it gives you the opportunity to test everything and if you don't see that it fits your demand you shouldn't have bought it.
We will however give you a notice when we update the current version and/if we add the drop-down function. Since you have bought the software once you don't have to pay anything for the new updated version. I hope you appreciate that.
